Join Our Team As a Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Manager
At ALFOCAN S.A., we are looking for a Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Manager to lead the management of quality, food safety, and environmental systems at our plant located in Isla Mayor (Seville). The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, leading audits, coordinating continuous improvement plans, and representing the company before control and certification bodies. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
• Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality, food safety, and environmental management systems (IFS, BRC, ISO 14001).
• Coordination of internal and external audits, as well as the HACCP system.
• Management of the SAE system for export: documentation, traceability, and validation of batches.
• Preparation of technical reports and monitoring of quality indicators.
• Coordination of corrective and preventive actions.
• Participation in crisis committees, food defense, and fraud mitigation.
• Supervision of legal compliance in environmental and health matters.

Requirements:
• University degree in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within the food sector.
• Accredited training in HACCP, IFS, BRC, ISO 14001, and audits.
• Knowledge of food product labeling and health hazards in fishery products.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in analysis, planning, and document management tools.
