Join Our Team As a Logistics and Sales Assistant
We are a leading company in the food industry, specializing in the processing and distribution of
crayfish at both national and international levels.
We are currently looking for a Logistics and Sales Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on national and international orders, including customer service
and post-sales coordination. - Prepare and oversee commercial and logistics documentation (invoices, certificates,
packing lists, etc.). - Coordinate shipments with warehouses and carriers, both by road and sea.
- Support documentation processes for exports and imports (CMR, OBL, SWB, customs).
- Collaborate with the quality department to address clients’ technical requirements.
- Provide multilingual telephone support and resolve incidents.
- Offer administrative and commercial support to the international team and
management. - Participate in trade fairs and other representation activities.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the department
Requirements:
- Higher vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration, Economics,
International Trade, or related fields. Postgraduate studies (Master’s) in business or
international trade are a plus. - At least 3 years of experience in operational roles within commercial, logistics, or export
departments, ideally in the agri-food sector. - Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1), both spoken and written. Knowledge of
other languages (French, German, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, etc.) is a plus. - Proficiency in IT tools, especially MS Office (advanced Excel). Experience with inventory,
supplier, and supply chain management systems is desirable. - Solid understanding of international transport and logistics methods.
