We are a leading company in the food industry, specializing in the processing and distribution of
crayfish at both national and international levels.
We are currently looking for a Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality, food safety, and
environmental management systems (IFS, BRC, ISO 14001). - Coordination of internal and external audits, as well as the HACCP system.
- Management of the SAE system for export: documentation, traceability, and validation
of batches. - Preparation of technical reports and monitoring of quality indicators.
- Coordination of corrective and preventive actions.
- Participation in crisis committees, food defense, and fraud mitigation.
- Supervision of legal compliance in environmental and health matters

Requirements:
- University degree in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry
or related fields. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within the food sector.
- Accredited training in HACCP, IFS, BRC, ISO 14001, and audits.
- Knowledge of food product labeling and health hazards in fishery products.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in analysis, planning, and document management tools.
