Join Our Team As a Sales & Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Logistics Assistant to join our team. This role will be crucial in supporting our commercial and logistical operations, ensuring timely delivery of products, and providing the best service to our customers.

Responsabilities:

  • Coordination and follow-up of national and international clients (order management, payment tracking, forms, etc.)
  • Comprehensive management of sales documentation according to country requirements (issuance of certificates of origin, health certificates, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
  • Management of documentation for temperature-controlled transportation both by road (CMR) and sea (OBL, SWB, customs clearance).
  • Coordination of shipments with external warehouses and national and international carriers.
  • Coordination with the quality department to provide information required by our customers (product technical specifications, supplier sheets, analysis requests, etc.)
  • Customer support in different languages, responding to inquiries and effectively solving problems (phone, email, etc.)
  • Other administrative tasks to support the Sales & Logistics Department and General Management.
  • Sales representation at trade fairs.

Qualifications

  • University degree or vocational training in areas related to Sales Management, International Trade, Logistics, or Operations.
  • Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in similar positions within the Sales, Logistics, or Export department, or another area that has provided knowledge of sales department management.
  • Professional with strong communication skills, motivation, organization, and ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail in tasks performed and ability to effectively solve problems.
  • Advanced level of English (C1). Knowledge of other languages (French, German, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, etc.) will be valued.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office (advanced Word and Excel).
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide stability, daily involvement, and continuous support to the team will be valued.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the food sector, particularly in the fish and seafood sector, fresh and frozen, will be valued.

Proposal

  • Compensation according to knowledge and demonstrated experience.
  • 1-year contract with a 6-month probation period. Upon successful completion, a permanent contract with a career plan and training will be offered.
  • The position is based in our headquarters in La Cartuja, Seville.
  • Hours: 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday.
  • Vacation: 22 working days or 30 calendar days.
