Join Our Team As a Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are a leading company in the food industry, specializing in the processing and distribution of
crayfish at both national and international levels.
We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and new business opportunities, leading and managing negotiations with
  clients and prospects from initial presentation to final contract closure.
• Support clients in product selection and handle complaints or suggestions.
• Coordinate and assist the logistics team to ensure timely production and delivery of
  orders.
• Ensure stock availability for sales and samples.
• Support the opening and development of new markets nationally and internationally by
  prospecting, identifying, acquiring, and consolidating new client accounts.
• Manage marketing activities in coordination with the team and assist in handling
  external providers (including design, social media, e-marketing, packaging, CRM).
• Create sales management reports, present and propose sales plans with strategies and
  commercial actions.
• Participate in and represent the company at trade missions and fairs.
• Coordinate the execution and follow-up of sustainability projects (FIP and ad hoc).
• Perform other duties as assigned according to organizational needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and marketing.
• Skills in negotiation, costing, and pricing methods.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in exports and international B2B sales, preferably in
  the agri-food industry, seafood sector (fresh and frozen).
• Marketing knowledge is a plus.
• Professional training in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or
  related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level, spoken and written); additional languages
  (German/French/others) are a plus.
