Join Our Team As a Financial Controller

We are a leading company in the seafood sector, specialized in processing and distributing freshwater crayfish on a global level. We focus on offering high-quality products and meeting our customers’ needs efficiently and reliably.
We are looking for a highly organized Financial Controller to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Support in the required financial and accounting tasks.
• Support in the preparation of budgets, business plans and monitoring.
• Support in the detection of deviations and possible financial improvements.
• Participate in the preparation of product costing.
• Administrative support in suppling management.
• Establish and track key economic performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate investment projects and subsidies: preparation of applications and reports, organization with technical teams, negotiation of execution budgets and final justification.
• Draft and negotiate contracts: confidentiality agreements, service provision agreements, commercial agreements, among others.
• Support in other tasks in the area according to the organization’s need.

Requirements

• University training in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both oral and written (C1), preferably another language (DE/FR/other).
• Knowledge in the food sector (fish, seafood, fresh and frozen) and manufacturing industry is valued.
• Sound financial knowledge (financial and accounting practices), Knowledge/experience in controlling and/or auditing is an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office packages (particularly Excel).
